Terms:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal.
We also offer 30 day credit terms for approved customers. To order product using credit terms you will need to log in with your Account Number & Password, and provide a Purchase Order Number.
From credit approved customers we will also accept purchase orders that are faxed or emailed.

Shipping Policy:
Products that are in stock will ship within 24 hours, weekdays only. Direct from factory shipments usually ship within 24-48 hours during week days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If there are backorders for the product you ordered we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
Transit time will depend on distance and carrier chosen. Most of the time your product will be shipped via UPS ground, unless you request an expedited service or different carrier.
The shipping charges are calculated at the time you place your order, unless there is customization that prevents us from doing so, and will be prepaid unless otherwise arranged. Freight costs are based on package weight, size, carrier and destination.
Privacy:
We welcome – even encourage you to be a part of our email list. If you sign up as a new customer we will automatically add you to our list. We’ll send you information about new products, sales, discounts and seasonal specials. If you’d like to be dropped from our email list you just need to let us know and we’ll respect your wishes. You can be assured that we will not under any circumstances share or sell your contact information and we will not abuse the privilege of having your contact information.
Returns:
We inspect all orders before shipment to ensure accuracy. Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives if there is a shortage or damage has occurred please notify us immediately.
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. All returns must be made within 30 days, and will only be accepted if the product is in new condition. Return shipping will be prepaid by the customer unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Warranties:
The products we sell have been manufactured by others and carry warranties for limited periods of time by the manufacture against defects in material or workmanship. If you need to make a warranty claim we’ll be happy to get you in contact with the manufacturer.
